January 12 - The Winston County Coalition for
Adolescent Substance Abuse Prevention
Held First Countywide Community Meeting
A grant in the amount of $600,000 will be used over the next three years countywide to educate the public on alternatives to drug use for young people in Winston County. Meetings open to the public are scheduled for the second Thursday of each month at the Winston Court House at 6 PM. The coalition is an open call to the public to unify and more effectively promote alternatives to reduce drug use amongst our kids.

Each person in Winston County is encouraged to attend the next meeting February 9th at 6 PM and bring at least 5 people willing to respond to the needs of our young people!
